The ship
The crew will be composed of an eight person, women and men, but the boat has capacity to hold 18.
The project realize on a sail boat at 20,4 meters in length, one challenge 67 class. It’s 5,4 meters wide and it weigh 35 ton. This type of boat was made in 1996, by David Thomas for the BT Challenge. This competition is around the world but in the other side; that is, against the predominant winds, so it’s a very strong boat.
